Lead Talent Partner – Non-Tech Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Talent Partner to own end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑technical positions across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Retail Banking. You will shape our talent pipeline, strengthen employer branding and help build a diverse, high‑performing workforce that fuels the bank’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for non‑tech roles, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent pool development.
• Conduct resume reviews, interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, provide regular status updates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Promote slice’s culture and values to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, generate hiring metrics reports and suggest process improvements.
• Stay informed on talent‑acquisition trends and bring new ideas to the team.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience recruiting for non‑technical roles.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment with strong stakeholder management.
• Hands‑on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
