Lead - Talent Partner

About the role

The People Operations & Strategy team at Ather is driving the company’s mission to electrify the future. As a Lead – Talent Partner you will act as a strategic HR advisor for multiple business verticals while also rolling up your sleeves to execute end‑to‑end HR partnering activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnership and advisory support to leadership across several verticals, aligning people strategies with business goals.
• Lead annual headcount budgeting, manage people‑related costs and develop frameworks for future talent needs.
• Collaborate with Centres of Competence to acquire, retain and engage high‑quality talent efficiently.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand talent landscape and ensure cultural fit.
• Drive organizational design, talent criticality mapping and oversee complex pay‑revision exercises.
• Execute HR deliverables for assigned functions while managing the broader Talent Partner team.
• Contribute to POPS leadership initiatives, strategic projects and OKR delivery.
• Act as Talent Partner for the horizontal P&L structure, enabling business owners to meet OKR targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Partner in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong ability to balance strategic workforce planning with hands‑on execution.
• Excellent advisory and influencing skills with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
