Lead Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

The Lead Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability and smooth operation of Navblue’s cloud‑based solutions for customers worldwide. Based in the Bangalore area, you will work closely with solution architects and development teams to design, implement and manage AWS infrastructure that supports production workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and manage cloud‑based infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
• Collaborate with the Software Factory’s Solution Architects to transition services from development to production.
• Establish hosting guidelines, non‑functional requirements and service level objectives.
• Provide guardrails for security compliance and cost control.
• Lead root‑cause investigations and drive long‑term fixes.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Monitor hosting costs and drive optimization initiatives.
• Maintain a technology radar, evaluate new AWS services and experiment with emerging hosting solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with AWS and cloud‑native architectures.
• Strong background in operating systems, virtualization, networking and automation.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Passion for technology, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
