Lead Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Lead Recruiter to join our growing team and drive hiring across Quant Research, Trading, Technology and other critical functions. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment and wants to build teams that directly contribute to a high-performance trading business.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for niche and critical roles.
• Hire across Quant Researchers, Traders, Quant Developers & Tech.
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and market mapping.
• Drive campus hiring across IITs and premier institutes.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage interview processes, offer negotiations and closures.

Required skills

• 3–5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in high‑performance environments such as HFT, proprietary trading, investment banking, hedge funds, fintech or technology.
• Experience hiring for technical, quantitative or niche roles.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to translate complex job requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong ownership, urgency and follow‑through.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Experience with campus/IIT hiring is an added advantage.
