Lead Quality Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Quality Analyst to join the Digital Quality team within Airbus' Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation department. In this senior position you will help define, deploy and continuously improve quality processes across digital projects and product service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and deployment of quality processes within the Digital perimeter.
• Promote a quality‑first mindset across projects and Product Service Lines, ensuring compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive simplification of the quality system and challenge the Business Management System at a central level.
• Collaborate with Engineering & PLM Solutions, Digital Operations & ERP, and Digital Cybersecurity teams.
• Provide insightful reports and fact‑based recommendations to steer digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a quality analyst in an IT or digital environment.
• Strong understanding of software development techniques and operations management.
• Proactive communicator who is comfortable speaking up to support teams.
• Passion for quality practices and the business value of digitalisation.
