Lead Project Management Specialist - Project Planning

About the role

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Lead Project Management Specialist to drive project planning and execution for large‑scale industrial and power‑generation projects. You will ensure that work packages, constraints, and schedules are accurately integrated into comprehensive project scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate project implementation details, work packages and constraints into planning scenarios.
• Monitor progress, produce accurate projections and keep all functions informed with up‑to‑date reports.
• Provide customers with relevant status reports and forecasts.
• Apply technical discipline knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy.
• Identify best practices, understand market competition and propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes.
• Lead small, low‑risk projects and act as a resource for less‑experienced colleagues.
• Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in an industrial environment, preferably power generation or EPC projects.
• Experience in project management and project planning comparable to a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyse problems, document plans and execute programs.
• Engineering background or qualification is preferred.
