Lead Product Manager – Technical

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep customer empathy and translate market dynamics into product vision.
• Define clear epics, features and user stories with measurable outcomes.
• Prioritise and refine backlogs across multiple scrum teams to maximise business value.
• Champion an agile mindset throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to design, build and deliver product increments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to manage dependencies and accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Oversee delivery, testing and post‑launch reviews, incorporating customer feedback into future releases.

Required profile

• 6+ years of product management or new‑product development experience, preferably in the payments industry.
• Proven ability to ship high‑quality technology products in fast‑moving environments.
• Strong understanding of business context and customer use cases.
• Experience with lean product management and rapid priority shifts.
