Lead Product and Pricing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to join Zafin as a Lead Functional Consultant. In this role you will partner with global banks to redesign and manage banking products, pricing, billing, rates, fees and customer relationships, translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions on the Zafin SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and consulting engagements.
• Analyze business processes, identify opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs using the Zafin SaaS platform.
• Configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, and business rules.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer teams to deliver successful implementations.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, production readiness and client adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic banking advisor.

Required profile

• Strong experience in retail, corporate or commercial banking.
• Proven track record in banking consulting or transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with banking product and pricing, rates, fees and billing.
• Background in deposits, payments, core banking and business process transformation.
• Expertise in functional consulting and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and translating business needs into technology solutions.
