Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Returns & Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain Operations for high‑value technology products. The role blends operational leadership with hands‑on expertise in reverse logistics, air freight, warehouse management, inventory control, and SAP transaction processing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end return shipments, manage RMAs and return‑to‑stock activities, and resolve shipment exceptions.
• Coordinate export and import air freight, review shipping documentation, and work with customs brokers and logistics partners.
• Ensure timely receipt, processing, and reconciliation of returned inventory across warehouses and SAP.
• Manage SAP transactions such as Commercial Invoice, Delivery Note, Goods Receipt/Issue, Return Orders, and Stock Transfers.
• Lead a team of 25‑30 employees, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and act as primary escalation point.
• Drive continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and process automation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience leading a sizable team.
• Proven ability to meet operational KPIs, manage stakeholder expectations, and work in a shift (6 PM – 3 AM) environment.
