Lead Logistics 4PL Specialist – End-to-End Shipping Operations

About the role

Maersk is seeking a proactive Lead Logistics 4PL Specialist to oversee end-to-end shipping and supply-chain operations. The role ensures seamless cargo movement, compliance with customer SOPs, and delivery of high-quality operational outcomes across global trade lanes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle shipment execution in line with customer requirements, SOPs/IOPs and service commitments.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, warehouses, customs brokers and internal teams to maintain supply-chain visibility.
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve delays, exceptions and escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
• Process shipping and logistics transactions accurately while preserving data quality and system integrity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, support corrective actions and drive continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SLAs and up-to-date shipping regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping or Transportation.
• Proven experience in end-to-end shipping, freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of international transportation, import/export processes and shipment lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ocean, air, inland transportation, customs and warehousing operations.
• Experience conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
