Lead - Learning and Platforms

About the role

The Lead – Learning & Platforms will design, implement and manage learning initiatives that build employee capabilities and support organisational goals. You will partner with business and HR leaders to create a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify learning needs aligned with current and future business objectives.
• Design and execute the annual learning strategy, frameworks and plans.
• Develop blended solutions including classroom, e‑learning, on‑the‑job learning, coaching and knowledge‑sharing.
• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery, vendor selection, logistics and feedback collection.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, feedback and ROI analysis.
• Leverage digital learning platforms to provide scalable, accessible learning.
• Design and run leadership development programs for managers and high‑potential talent.
• Support succession planning with targeted development interventions.
• Act as a learning advisor, promoting initiatives and fostering a continuous‑development mindset.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
• Proven ability to design learning strategies, programs and evaluate impact.
• Experience managing leadership development and digital learning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
