Lead Java Architecture Analyst

About the role

The Lead Java Architecture Analyst is a strategic technical authority responsible for shaping the architectural vision of complex IT systems. You will guide the design, development and integration of Java‑based solutions while staying current with emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex projects and ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints.
• Develop technology road‑maps, evaluate emerging technologies and recommend business directions.
• Provide technical leadership in designing components or whole systems, translating complex business problems into sound technical solutions.
• Apply hardware engineering and software design principles to create product interfaces and integrated system plans.
• Recommend desktop platforms, computer platforms and communication links that support IT goals.
• Mentor junior team members and act as an advisor on technology and operations.
• Assess risk, ensure compliance with laws, regulations and corporate policies.

Required profile

• 13+ years of relevant experience with a strong commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset capable of resolving complex technical issues.

Required skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with the Java technology stack.
• Deep expertise in system design and micro‑services architecture.
• Experience with trunk‑based development practices.
• Knowledge of hardware engineering and software design principles.
• Familiarity with desktop platforms, computer platforms and communication link technologies.
