Lead I - DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead I DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers, system administrators, and SREs to deliver secure, scalable, and highly available services.

Key responsibilities

• Automate Linux operations and security hardening using Shell and Python scripts.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
• Integrate SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and security scanning tools such as Snyk or Veracode.
• Implement deployment strategies including rollbacks, canary releases, and blue‑green deployments.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) using Helm charts.
• Manage GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and ensure continuous compliance through automated security audits.
• Troubleshoot production issues, automate log analysis, backups, and monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux system administration and scripting.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of containerization, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm.
• Experience with GitOps tools, preferably ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with security scanning and compliance automation.
