Lead - Brand & Communications

About the role

The Lead – Brand & Communications will shape and strengthen the brand identity of Godrej Ventures, a leading real‑estate investment manager. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will own brand strategy, integrated communications and thought‑leadership across customers, tenants, partners, investors and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term brand strategy, architecture and governance for GV’s funds, assets and platform.
• Craft a distinctive brand narrative aligned with GV’s vision of high‑quality, sustainable workplaces.
• Ensure consistent brand expression across physical assets, digital platforms, investor communications and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Lead marketing communications across digital, print, social, PR, events and partnerships.
• Plan and manage the annual media mix, content calendar and measurement framework to link brand investment to commercial outcomes such as leasing velocity.
• Build GV’s thought‑leadership positioning on the future of work, sustainability and workplace transformation.
• Oversee GV’s digital ecosystem (website, social channels) and ensure a coherent design language across all marketing assets.
• Partner with design, development, leasing, investment and property‑management teams to embed brand cues throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Lead internal communication to strengthen culture, engagement and alignment to GV’s mission.
• Manage leadership messaging and employer branding to attract high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• 12–16 years of experience in brand management, marketing and communications.
• 2–4 years in a leadership role.
• MBA or PGDM in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Exposure to real‑estate, commercial workspaces, hospitality or premium B2B services is an advantage.
