Lead Associate - Business Analyst

About the role

The Lead Associate – Business Analyst will work within the Strategy & CEO’s Office at Myntra, supporting the development of long‑term strategic initiatives. You will combine analytics, business insight and market intelligence to shape decisions that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse external and internal data sources to generate strategic insights for the platform.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence activities, covering category, customer, service and capability dimensions.
• Provide competition insights and align internal categories on market share, communicating trends to aid decision‑making.
• Study India e‑tail trends, estimate market size by players, categories and tiers.
• Produce and regularly update market intelligence reports and industry projections.
• Collaborate with senior managers to define problem scopes, hypotheses, analysis plans and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong interest and proficiency in market research and program management.
• Ability to define and drive cross‑functional projects with high ownership.
• Excellent problem‑solving capabilities and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication skills to present insights to senior leadership.
