Laundry Delivery Staff

About the role

We are looking for reliable Laundry Delivery Staff to handle the pickup and delivery of customers' garments. The role involves collecting, transporting, and delivering cleaned clothing while ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect garments from customers at scheduled pickup times and deliver cleaned items safely and on time.
• Verify customer name, order number, garment count and delivery details before each delivery.
• Communicate politely with customers, answer basic queries and report complaints or special requests.
• Collect cash or online payments, provide receipts and record payments accurately.
• Plan efficient delivery routes, follow schedules and use navigation apps when needed.
• Handle garments carefully, keep the delivery vehicle clean and maintain garment packaging.
• Update delivery status in the company system and obtain customer confirmation or OTP.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and follow traffic and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with laundry processing, billing and customer service teams regarding delays or special instructions.
• Wear the prescribed uniform and ID, maintain professional behaviour and protect customer information.
