Laundry Delivery Staff

About the role

We are looking for reliable individuals to handle the pickup and delivery of customers' laundry. The role involves collecting garments, ensuring they are safely transported, and delivering them on time while providing courteous service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect garments from customers at scheduled pickup times and verify order details.
• Deliver cleaned and packed garments to the correct customers, confirming receipt via signature or OTP.
• Handle payment collection, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, using navigation tools as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of delivery vehicle or bag and protect garments from damage.
• Update delivery status in the company system and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is in good working condition and comply with traffic regulations.
• Coordinate with laundry processing, billing, and customer service teams regarding delays or special instructions.

Required profile

• Professional conduct with uniform, ID badge, and good personal hygiene.
• Strong communication skills to interact politely with customers.
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow assigned schedules.
• Attention to detail for order verification and documentation.
• Commitment to safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
