About the role
We are seeking a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating both manual and CNC (NC) machining equipment to produce high‑quality components while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders and drills in both manual and NC modes.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of machining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Apply soldering techniques where required during the manufacturing process.
Required profile
- SSC/HSC or vocational/Diploma in Mechanical, ITI Fitter & Welder or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience operating lathe and NC machines.
- Hard‑working attitude with a commitment to quality and safety.
Required skills
- Manual and NC machining operation.
- Lathe, milling, grinding and drilling machine handling.
- Soldering knowledge.
- Routine machine maintenance.
