Laptop Hardware Technician – Field Service

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Hardware Technician to provide on‑site service for ASUS laptops. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptop hardware and software at customer locations, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair ASUS laptops on‑site, addressing both hardware and software issues.
• Replace faulty components such as LCD panels, keyboards, batteries, motherboards, RAM, SSDs, cooling fans, and other parts.
• Perform operating system installations, driver updates, BIOS updates, and system configuration.
• Handle warranty claims and service‑related complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate service reports and update repair status according to ASUS procedures.
• Travel to customer locations as required and provide timely technical support.

Required profile

• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification (preferred).
• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in laptop/computer repair.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot laptop hardware; ASUS experience is a plus.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field service; a valid two‑wheeler driving licence is preferred.
