Lady Security Guard

About the role

G4S is seeking professionally trained Lady Security Guards to join its security team. You will be responsible for safeguarding a variety of premises such as building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks and factories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols and monitor CCTV systems.
• Control access at entry points, securing equipment, people and information.
• Respond to emergency situations and help prevent criminal activity.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including entry/exit of individuals, materials and vehicles.
• Patrol parking areas and site perimeters to detect hazards or unauthorized persons.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the supervisor in accordance with procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10th pass.
• Height: at least 5 ft 7 in for men, 5 ft for women.
• Age: 18‑35 for freshers, up to 40 for experienced guards.
• Physically and medically fit with a mature appearance.
