About the role

We are looking for a Kotlin Multiplatform Lead Developer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of shared Android and iOS codebases. You will own the delivery of complex mobile solutions, guide architectural decisions, and mentor a cross‑functional team of engineers.

Key responsibilities

Design and maintain a shared Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP/KMM) codebase for Android and iOS.
Lead a team of mobile developers, ensuring high‑quality delivery and adherence to best practices.
Define and enforce clean architecture, modularization, and SOLID principles across projects.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Drive performance optimisation, security, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

10+ years of professional mobile application development experience.
Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
Strong understanding of both Android and iOS ecosystems.
Ability to make strategic architectural decisions and own end‑to‑end delivery.
