About the role

Opaa! Food Management is seeking reliable Kitchen Staff to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, support serving lines, and assist with occasional catering events across its locations. The role involves working in all areas of the kitchen to ensure food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and maintain required food temperatures.
• Prepare menu items, bake breads, cakes, and cookies, and batch‑cook to ensure consistent quality.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, follow FIFO inventory practices, and manage stock levels.
• Monitor and record hot and cold food temperatures, follow HACCP and HHFKA/CACFP regulations.
• Assist with catering functions and serve items with correct portions and utensils.
• Participate in safety programs, meetings, and required training.

Required profile

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen or cafeteria environment.
• Understanding of food safety standards and ability to follow standardized recipes.
• Willingness to attend training, follow safety procedures, and uphold company core values.
