Kitchen Staff – Food Service

About the role

Join Opaa! Food Management as a Kitchen Staff member to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, support serving lines, and assist with occasional catering events. You will work across all kitchen stations to ensure high‑quality food service.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain serving lines, ensuring food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare menu items and baked goods according to Opaa! recipes and daily plans.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FIFO inventory procedures.
• Monitor and record hot and cold food temperatures, adhering to HACCP and safety protocols.
• Requisition supplies, manage stock, and support the Kitchen Manager with ordering.
• Participate in safety programs, meetings, and required training.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
