Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce Nutrition Brands

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth, brand presence, and market share for our digital‑first nutrition portfolio on quick commerce platforms. You will own the digital and sales strategy for brands such as MuscleBlaze, HK Vitals, Gritzo, and TrueBasics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies by building strong relationships with category managers and stakeholders on quick commerce platforms.
• Optimize product listings, content, and brand messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with platform teams to run paid ads, banner placements, and monitor conversion rates, CTR, and campaign performance.
• Work with supply‑chain and operations to ensure fulfillment efficiency, avoiding stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Use analytics dashboards to track daily sales, inventory levels, and demand trends, providing insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, quick commerce, or FMCG sales.
• Hands‑on experience managing accounts on platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of e‑commerce/quick commerce dynamics, sales forecasting, and demand planning.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
