Key Account Manager – Patna

About the role

Uber’s Supply team in Patna is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with our most important partners. In this role you will combine business development expertise with field sales and marketing experience to expand Uber’s network and ensure high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and nurture relationships with key partner accounts across the region.
• Develop and execute tailored business development strategies to increase partner volume and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including operations, marketing and product, to deliver seamless partner experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Represent Uber at industry events and negotiate contract terms with partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, field sales or marketing, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a track record of managing high‑value accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and travel locally as needed.
