Key Account Manager – Life Sciences (Mumbai)

About the role

Cytiva is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with strategic customers in the bioprocessing and life‑science sectors across Mumbai. You will act as the primary commercial contact, promoting Cytiva’s portfolio of innovative solutions that support research, vaccine development, and cell‑and‑gene therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive market‑share growth through territory planning, account management and value‑based selling.
• Identify and generate demand for new technologies, products and services within assigned accounts.
• Engage customers to understand their research and bioprocessing needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts and agreements while balancing customer satisfaction and company objectives.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and cross‑functional teams to develop solutions that align with customer workflows.
• Maintain and expand relationships with decision‑makers at multiple levels within customer organisations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or strategic sales within life‑science, diagnostics or biotechnology markets.
• Strong understanding of bioprocessing concepts and the ability to translate technical value into commercial benefits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while coordinating with internal teams.
