Key Account Manager – Brand EMI

About the role

Paytm is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead its Brand EMI initiatives. You will work with mobile and laptop brands to bring affordable financing options to merchants and consumers across Paytm’s ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new brands in CDIT (mobiles & laptops) and NCDIT categories, enabling EMI solutions on Paytm.
• Own end‑to‑end management of existing brand accounts and drive their business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners on strategic and exclusive initiatives to create a competitive edge.
• Improve operational efficiency in offer configuration, reconciliation and faster activation of brand offers for merchants.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Paytm’s values of staying hungry, humble and relevant.

Required profile

• High drive, initiative and self‑motivation.
• Proven ability to align internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in payments or EMI alliances (preferred).
• Growth mindset and willingness to experiment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills to influence internal teams.
• Interest in channel management and continuous improvement.
