Key Account Manager – Automotive & Embedded Solutions

About the role

ETAS India is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead strategic growth with major automotive and embedded software customers. You will act as the primary interface, managing the full acquisition lifecycle and ensuring long‑term partnership success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end sales and acquisition activities within assigned key accounts, including contract renewals, extensions and pricing.
• Develop and execute acquisition and pricing strategies aligned with ETAS sales frameworks.
• Build deep understanding of customer needs, market trends and competitor landscape to position ETAS offerings.
• Collaborate with regional and global solution teams to create compelling value propositions and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Prepare quotations, lead commercial negotiations and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to secure successful deal execution and smooth project handover.
• Maintain performance tracking, reporting and continuous improvement of account activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within the automotive or embedded software sector.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer use cases and technology challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams.
