Junior Welder – Entry Level Manufacturing Position

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will work on production welding tasks, repairs and modifications while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding operations on parts according to drawings and specifications.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment.
• Inspect welded surfaces visually and dimensionally to detect defects such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete penetration.
• Prepare, clean, and condition components before welding.
• Maintain a clean, organized welding booth and monitor inventory of welding consumables.
• Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, and report any unsafe conditions immediately.

Required profile

• Reliable team player with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and procedures.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as production demands.

Required skills
