Junior SME – Accounts Receivables & Order-to-Cash

About the role

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive will manage the end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash process, ensuring timely collection of customer payments and accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to resolve invoice issues and support cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, review and post customer invoices in ERP systems, handling invoice parking and clearance.
• Track outstanding receivables, send statements and reminders, and reduce Days Sales Outstanding.
• Analyze remittance advice, apply payments, and reconcile cash with banks and treasury.
• Identify and resolve payment disputes, short‑payments and deductions in collaboration with sales and supply‑chain teams.
• Perform account reconciliations, prepare AR ageing reports and provide collection insights.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Order‑to‑Cash.
• Experience in a shared services, BPO or multinational environment is a plus.
