Junior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our office in Kakkanad, Kochi. The role focuses on outbound telecalling, promoting our services and converting prospects into customers. Ideal candidates are confident communicators who enjoy engaging with people and driving sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services.
• Explain product offerings clearly and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and lead qualification.
• Target‑oriented, confident personality with a willingness to meet performance goals.
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
