Junior Recruiter (up to 15K target-based)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing talent acquisition firm that partners with startups and scaling tech companies across India. As a Junior Recruiter you will own full‑cycle hiring for a variety of tech and non‑tech positions, turning vague job descriptions into high‑conversion candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5–8 junior to mid‑level hiring mandates each month, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards and cold outreach, delivering 15+ qualified profiles per role.
• Conduct 10–15 screening calls weekly, evaluating fit, motivation and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiation and onboarding handoff.
• Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in Greenhouse/Workable, updating status, notes and feedback within 24 hours.
• Achieve monthly KPIs: 80%+ offer acceptance, 7–10 day time‑to‑fill, and 15+ hires per month (target‑based).

Required profile

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or Workable ATS and basic knowledge of engineering roles (SDE, QA, DevOps).
• Previous exposure to startup or agency hiring environments.
