Junior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

DRIMCO GmbH is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its fast‑growing AI‑driven SaaS team. This full‑time, remote position will support the end‑to‑end hiring process for engineering and product roles, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain clear communication with applicants throughout the process.
• Update and manage job postings and employer branding content.
• Enter recruitment data into HR systems and assist with offer preparation.
• Identify and implement improvements to hiring workflows.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to source, screen and coordinate interviews.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems and job portals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for technology, AI and fast‑paced startups.
