Junior Recruiter – Intern to Full‑Time Track

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our HR team in Coimbatore. The position can start as an internship and transition to a full‑time role, offering a hands‑on introduction to talent acquisition in a fast‑growing health‑tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and campus hiring.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls and assess fit with VMax values.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Update recruitment dashboards, candidate data and HR documentation.
• Help organise employee engagement and culture‑building events.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 0‑1 year of experience; freshers with strong motivation are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
