Junior Recruiter – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join the talent acquisition team of an innovative indoor amusement centre. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing and onboarding soft‑line staff who will deliver hospitality and guest‑experience services across our venues.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct preliminary phone interviews and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules with the interview panel and manage the interview process.
• Negotiate offers, prepare pre‑boarding documentation and ensure a smooth hand‑over to new hires.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular MIS reports.
• Meet hiring targets within the agreed turnaround time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with recruitment portals and social media sourcing.
• Interest in employer branding is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with people.
