Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution and delivery of localization projects for our global clients. You will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost and schedule requirements while adhering to Welocalize’s Four Pillars of Customer Service, Quality, Innovation and Global Teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project teams with planning, scoping, requirements gathering and validation with clients.
• Own localization project management activities on designated accounts.
• Identify relevant clients and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects appropriately.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate successful delivery of client projects.
• Create schedules and monitor timeliness of delivery.
• Assist with budget management and control project costs.
• Establish and nurture relationships with assigned team members.
• Plan project activities and resolve issues through corrective and preventive actions.
• Seek ways to optimize delivery, quality and profitability.
• Report project scope, financials, progress and status to stakeholders in written and verbal form.
• Maintain accurate finance system records and process documentation.
