About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this entry‑level position you will support daily production activities, ensure equipment runs smoothly, and help maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily production activities and assist senior operators.
- Operate and assist with production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Follow SOPs and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor process parameters and product quality, reporting any abnormalities.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and implement 5S methodology.
- Record production data accurately and report deviations.
- Provide assistance to senior operators and production supervisors as needed.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a willingness to learn in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to record data accurately.
- Good teamwork skills to support senior staff and supervisors.
