About the role

As a Diploma Engineering Trainee – II you will join the Business Services team in Chennai, supporting production, line assembly and quality activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 0‑1 years of experience in production, line assembly or quality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing machinery and tools (advantage).
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, logistics and supply‑chain management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and process discipline.
