Junior People Partner – HR Advisory

About the role

Revolut’s People team is looking for a Junior People Partner to support its HR advisory strategy. You will work closely with business leaders to provide strategic guidance, ensure compliance, and help shape a people‑first culture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, offering coaching and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Identify emerging people trends and organisational challenges, designing data‑informed solutions with stakeholders.
• Support and optimise daily HR operations while delivering an exceptional employee experience.
• Lead performance management, employee relations and disciplinary matters in line with Indian labour laws.
• Collaborate with the global People team to develop and implement HR policies and programmes tailored to local needs.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, workflows and compliance.
• Use data and analytics to track key HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment, preferably in a hyper‑growth or startup context.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR compliance and statutory regulations.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with solid project‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience designing or refining HR policies and processes.
• Passion for building a high‑performance, inclusive work culture.
• Data‑driven approach to HR decision‑making and reporting.
