Junior Operator - Packing

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Operator to run our packing line. The role involves preparing, operating and maintaining packing machines to achieve quality output and shift‑wise production targets while complying with cGMP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare packing machines according to the production plan, calibrate, clean and set equipment following SOPs.
• Operate packing machines efficiently, evaluate product dimensions, perform changeovers and in‑process checks.
• Document all operations, fill machine logs and ensure data integrity for cGMP compliance.
• Conduct regular safety checks, interlock inspections and enforce proper PPE usage.
• Provide training to workmen on cGMP, safety, equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical support to resolve downtime and reduce rejections.

Required profile

• Junior‑level candidate with willingness to work in shift patterns.
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain audit‑ready documentation and adhere to cGMP guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Good communication skills for training and reporting.
