Junior Manager – Source to Pay (Procurement Operations)

About the role

Diageo is looking for a Junior Manager in Source‑to‑Pay to join its Procurement Operations team in Bangalore. The role sits within the Supplier Experience Team and works closely with Global Business Services and the broader procurement community to ensure that the purchase‑to‑pay cycle runs smoothly, compliantly and delivers value.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end sourcing processes for both GBO spend and Marketing category spend.
• Collaborate with global and regional category procurement teams, marketing category managers and suppliers.
• Help drive productivity savings and cost mitigation through efficient sourcing.
• Maintain SOX compliance and other control requirements across Source‑to‑Pay activities.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for STP systems and supplier interactions.
• Act as the interface between GBS and the procurement community, ensuring the right goods and services are sourced at the right price.

Required profile

• Advanced experience and solid understanding of sourcing and contracting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams across multiple locations and cultures.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering cost‑saving outcomes.
• No line‑management responsibilities required.
