Junior Frontend Engineer – HTML/CSS (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Frontend Engineer (HTML/CSS) on a freelance basis to support our AI‑driven evaluation projects. You will work remotely with global AI and engineering teams, reviewing and improving AI‑generated frontend code and UI implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Create webpage layouts, responsive components and styling deliverables.
• Annotate and evaluate AI‑generated HTML and CSS across various scenarios.
• Review peer deliverables to ensure consistency and research quality.
• Identify bugs, layout issues, accessibility gaps and provide structured feedback.
• Contribute domain expertise to enhance AI models for frontend development.

Required profile

• Background in Computer Science, Web Development or Software Engineering.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with modern frontend workflows and browser compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
