Junior Executive – Branch Operations (Forex Cash Delivery)

About the role

The Junior Executive – Branch Operations (Forex Cash Delivery) is responsible for managing branch‑level operational activities with a primary focus on foreign currency cash delivery, cash handling, transaction processing, customer coordination, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures accurate and timely execution of forex cash delivery requests while maintaining operational efficiency, service quality, and adherence to internal policies and applicable forex regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute foreign currency cash delivery operations for retail and corporate customers, ensuring accurate, timely, and secure delivery of forex orders.
• Verify customer requirements, currency types, denominations, order details, delivery instructions, and supporting documentation prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with branch teams, cash vault operations, logistics partners, sales teams, and customer support to ensure smooth execution of cash delivery requests.
• Perform physical verification, counting, and reconciliation of foreign and local currency cash while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain accurate records of cash movements, delivery registers, transaction details, and operational documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Handle customer queries related to forex cash deliveries, transaction status, documentation requirements, and service processes while providing professional support.
• Ensure all transactions comply with applicable forex regulations, KYC, AML, and internal compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Banking or related fields preferred).
• Integrity and accountability in handling cash and customer transactions.
• Customer‑focused approach with professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, transaction‑driven environment.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and numerical abilities.
• 0‑2 years of experience in branch operations, banking, cash handling, customer service or forex services (fresh graduates may be considered).
