Junior Customer Service Executive - Provisioning & Configuration

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Executive to support provisioning and configuration activities for Tata Communications’ international customers. The role focuses on ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLA targets while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services for international customers and manage OLO delivery.
• Ensure all installation functions are performed on time to meet SLA commitments.
• Maintain regular customer communications and keep customers informed (KCI).
• Verify customer‑end service readiness before hand‑over.
• Handle end‑to‑end order management for smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and secure field resources for priority orders.
• Follow the escalation matrix for any issues.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in the Telecom/ISP domain.
• Basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination skills and logical problem‑solving.
• Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ownership, responsiveness, and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
