Junior Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Community Manager to help build and nurture the Kenko community. You will plan and execute events at our Kenko Cafes, collaborate with health experts, and create engaging experiences that bring people together around nutrition, fitness, and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organize and run nutrition, fitness, food and wellness events in partnership with clubs, nutritionists, brand partners and Kenko subscribers.
• Generate fresh event ideas to strengthen community ties and increase participation.
• Identify and engage creators, artists and community leaders to host workshops or events at Kenko.
• Manage all communication before, during and after events to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support the marketing team on campaigns, content strategy and day‑to‑day marketing activities.
• Occasionally create on‑camera content or appear in videos as needed.

Required profile

• Outgoing, confident and enjoys interacting with people.
• Curious, takes initiative and aligns with Kenko’s mission of making healthy eating accessible.
• Passionate about fitness, nutrition, food or wellness, or eager to learn.
• Organised, able to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
• Comfortable speaking in front of an audience and on camera.
