Junior Associate – Executive Communications

About the role

MS Holdings is seeking a Junior Associate to support its Executive Communications team. You will work closely with senior leaders to translate strategic discussions and business insights into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop executive thought‑leadership content for LinkedIn, newsletters, articles, X and other platforms.
• Convert leadership discussions and strategic insights into concise narratives.
• Create internal communications that reinforce culture, alignment and learning.
• Produce announcements, PR narratives and other assets that reflect the evolving MS Holdings ecosystem.
• Document key discussions, milestones and organizational knowledge for knowledge‑sharing.
• Research business, leadership, market, technology, entrepreneurship and global affairs to enrich communications.
• Collaborate with branding, design and leadership teams to deliver multi‑format communication.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

Required profile

• Strong writer capable of turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Curious researcher who seeks to understand the “why” behind ideas before writing.
• Independent worker who maintains consistency, quality and attention to detail.
• Respect for confidentiality and the responsibility of representing executive communication.
• Prior experience in executive or corporate communications, consulting, journalism, professional services or thought‑leadership is preferred.
• Experience with podcast scripting, video storytelling or multimedia communication is a plus.
