Jr. Public Relations Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and goal‑oriented Junior Public Relations Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The role is hybrid, full‑time, and requires 6‑8 months of PR experience. You will manage media relations, client servicing, and help shape PR strategies for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Stay updated on client industries, competitors and trends; contribute to brainstorms and provide creative recommendations.
• Identify and build relationships with journalists, editors and media contacts to secure coverage, maintaining customized media lists and meeting monthly targets.
• Execute PR strategies, define and track KPIs, and produce detailed campaign performance reports.
• Draft client‑facing communications, press materials, story ideas and support press events and social media amplification.
• Collaborate with senior team members on case studies, new business proposals and prospecting for new clients.
• Provide responsive client service, handling queries and supporting all PR requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 6‑8 months of professional experience in public relations.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and PR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results efficiently.
