About the role
The Junior Construction Engineer will support site management, execution, planning and commissioning across allocated project sites. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor erection activities according to schedules.
- Follow up on material requirements at the site with the head office.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants on site.
- Manage customer relations and provide service support.
Required profile
- Age below 25 years.
- 1-2 years experience in PEB companies, project selling or construction equipment.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various sites.
- Self‑starter with good communication and people‑management skills.
Required skills
- Ability to read and understand civil and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of structural civil works.
