Jr. Architect for Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented Junior Architect to design, plan, and coordinate residential real estate projects. You will create architectural drawings, work closely with consultants and site teams, and ensure compliance with local regulations while meeting design standards and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop and review plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, DCR, and statutory regulations.
• Review consultant drawings and resolve design‑related issues.
• Work with execution/site teams to implement designs on site.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to approved drawings.
• Assist in obtaining approvals from government authorities.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design presentations.
• Deliver design outputs on schedule and within project timelines.

Required profile

• Architect with a focus on residential real estate projects.
• Detail‑oriented and able to meet design standards and deadlines.
• Familiar with local building codes and regulatory approval processes.
• Capable of coordinating effectively with multiple consultants and site teams.
