About the role
The Jewelry Sales Associate will work on‑site at Facets Jewels' Surat office, providing personalized assistance to customers who visit the showroom. This full‑time position focuses on understanding client preferences, recommending suitable pieces, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, identify their style, occasion, and budget.
- Present and explain product features, including diamond‑studded and custom designs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the showroom organized.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash and digital payments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to stay updated on the latest jewelry trends and collections.
- Provide after‑sales support, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Customer‑service orientation and a genuine interest in jewelry, fashion, and design.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Motivated attitude; prior experience in wholesale or luxury goods sales is a plus but not mandatory.
